Description

The iconic feature of Japan Shizuoka Crown Green Melonn is its T-shaped vine. Only one green melon is retained in a tree, and other extra melons will be cut away, so that all the nutrients and water concentrated on that melons. Therefore, it is more sweet and juicy than normal melons on the market, and the sweetness is as high as 18 degrees or above.

Crown melon is the most advanced. Its sweetness, texture and the appearance are in the highest grade.

If there is a "crown/ mountain" sticker on the melon which means that it is the highest grade.

Suggested Serving Method:

Ready-to-eat
Served with salad

Put it in the refrigerator 2-3 hours before eating for better taste.
