Description
The ribeye steak is taken from the sixth to twelfth ribs of a cattle. It locates between the shoulder blades and sirloin. It has a fatty centre which infuses juices into the rest of the steak and contributes to a full flavor and tenderness of the meat. The ribeye is well marbled so it is more expensive than the other parts of a cattle.
