Description

The Canadian Clearwater surf clam are not only fresh and sweet, but also bright in red color. They are the ideal ingredients for making sushi and sashimi.Sustainable fishing methods are used to catch those clams in the waters of the North Altantic Ocean in Canada. After being caught by the fishing boat, all the surf clams will be immediately blanched and individually frozen (IQF) within an hour to keep the umami taste.

Suggested Serving Method:

Defrosted and ready to be served as sashimi or sushi

Thawing Method:

For the best taste and flavor, please put it in the refrigerate overnight to thaw.
To rapidly thawed, please put it in a ziplock bag, and soak in cold water for a maximum of 30 minutes to defrost.
