一直被戲稱為「來自地獄的海鮮」,鮮味獨一無二
本地新鮮貨源多年來都不算穩定,因鬼爪螺大多藏身於海島礁石之間,愈是風高浪急之處愈肥美,採集多寡既看天氣也看水流,粒粒皆是搵命博,危險度高利錢卻少,付出與收穫不成正比,故漁家甚少花心力捕捉,難怪想品嚐鬼爪螺鮮味的食客,遍尋街市魚檔大都失望而回

建議食用方法:
  • 白烚 (原汁原味)👍🏻
材料:
鬼爪螺500g、鹽、粗鹽
做法:
1. 放室溫先解凍5-10分鐘
2. 用粗鹽加水浸洗5分鐘,洗乾淨,倒水,再落少許鹽拌勻
3. 水滾,烚10分鐘便成

請各位鮮友注意:鬼爪螺只有螺身可食用,而鬼爪不可食用
