Description
King crabs famous for their large bodies and long legs. The origin is distributed in the Northern Pacific Ocean, that is, Alaska, Japan, Russia and other places in the United States.
The king crabs from Alaska is the largest and heaviest. 

Suggest Serving Method:

You can just put it in the pot / cut the crab legs apart
3 catties of king crabs need to be steamed for about 20 minutes
It takes more than 35 minutes for 5 catties of king crabs, depending on the burner

What should I do with a raw king crab?
  1.  Cut out the legs and claws of the king crab with a knife first
  2. In the gap behind the king crab (between the head shell and the crab body), pierce and cut it with a knife.
  3. Hold the head shell and the crab body of the king crab with both hands, and separate the head shell and the crab body.
  4. After separating, the brown crab gills inside the crab body can be seen. Take out the crab gills and start cooking. 
Choose the cooking method according to your own preferences
The most common ways to cook the king crabs are king crabs with broth, steaming, butter, roasting, hot pot, tempura, crab porridge, etc.
If you want to eat more conveniently, use scissors to cut the legs and claws of the king crab after cooking.
