The flat fried dumpling contains a lot of fresh vegetables, and the skin of dumpling is made with onions and eggs. It will be more crispy and delicious if the both sides are fried.
Suggested Serving Method:
There is no need to defrost. Add a little oil, put in the dumplings, add a small amount of water, and cook for 1 minute. Open the lid and fry for 2 minutes on each side until it turns to golden.
Heat at 180°C for 5 minutes, and then reheat for 4 minutes.
Please keep it in the freezer at -18℃ or below.
