Dai Pai Dong Spicy Lamb Brisket Sauce (294g/ 2kg lamb brisket). It is easy to create the authentic flavor at home. Suitable for both adult and children.
Suggested Serving Method:
1. Pour little oil and saute with spices over medim heat.
2. Cut the lamb belly into pieces (2kg), and stir-fry it over medium heat until the surface is fully cooked. There is no need to be fully cooked.
3. Add Dai Pai Dong Spicy Lamb Brisket Sauce and stir fry it.
4. All a bowl of water and cover the pot. You can add the sugar cane according to your preference. When the sauce is boiling, turn the heat down to simmer the lamb.
5. Turn off the heat and add ingredients you liked.
6. After finishing the lamb belly, it can be added water serves as hot pot.
