  • 上野甲羅燒蟹蓋裡滿滿的蟹膏,膏上面再加上少許鮮甜肉,味道濃郁,滋味非常! 
建議食用方法:

BBQ燒烤
  • 先將蟹蓋室溫解凍30分鐘後,可放鐵絲網上細火燒10分鐘
焗爐
  • 以180 °C預熱,把蟹蓋焗10-12分鐘,再加隻鵪鶉蛋,少許日本清酒同蔥攪伴,絕對是一流享受。
氣炸鍋
  • 以180 °C氣炸6 - 8分鐘即可
