*The oysters caught in Hiroshima in Japan. Large oysters are selected. After peeling off the oyster shells, the advanced freezing preservation technology is used to retain the freshness and flavor of the oysters. Even after cooking, it can still preserve the juicy and tender textures of the oysters.
*The selected oysters are plump and flavourful. A selected oyster should be soft and swallon, and there is a clear distinction between black and white. It is better to taste with lemon, revinegar and other condiments. There are diverse cooking methods. Fried oysters, steamed oysters or oysters on hot plate are all delicious. BUT raw oysters are not recommended!
