A common snack in traditional izakayas. Chicken skin is used instead of traditional dumpling skin, and the filling is rich.
After being deep-fried at high temperature, the outer skin is crispy and turns to golden yellow, the fillings are tender and juicy, and the chicken skin is flavourful.
The chicken skin dumplings have already been seasoned, convenient and delicious.
Suggested Serving Mthod:
- Preheat the air-fryer at 180℃ for 10 minutes and air-fry it at 200℃ for 2 minutes.
