Description
It is a flavor bomb of juicy richness. 

Lamb Stew with Bean Curd Sheet Recipe:
  • Leeks (Cut into pieces): half piece
  • Scalloins: 3 pieces
  • Shallots: 3 pieces
  • Ginger Slices: 8 slices
  • Mushrooms (Cut in half): 5 pieces
  • Water Chestnuts: 5 pieces
  • Bean Curd Sheets (Cut into pieces): 3 pieces
  • Lamb Belly (Cut into pieces): 1 catty
  • Water: 500ml
  • Dark Soy Sauce: 2 teaspoons
  • Soy Sauce: 2 teaspoons
  • Rock Candy: 2 pieces
  • Fermented Red Bean Curd: 2 bricks
  • Fermented Red Bean Curd: 1 teaspoon
  • Chu Hou Paste: 2 teaspoons
Steps:
  1. After the water is boiled, add ginger slices, scalloins and Shaoxing wine.
  2. Add the lamb belly and cook for about 10 minutes.
  3. Heat the oil in a wok, saute the ginger slices and shallots.
  4. Add lamb belly and mix well.
  5. Add seasonings and leeks.
  6. After boiling, add the water chestnuts and mushrooms and stew for about 1 hour.
  7. Put the bean curd sheet and stew for 10 minutes.
