建議食法:

烤焗

燒烤BBQ


煮法:


斧頭扒兩天前從冰格轉往普通格(0c~4c)解凍,烹煮前再轉放在室溫中約20分鐘。

1. 先以錫紙包住斧頭扒 

2. 燒烤爐調較至中火, 斧頭扒放在燒烤爐的燒烤網上, 以中火燒57分鐘

3. 除去錫紙, 直接在中火上烤約10~15分鐘 

4. 以食物溫度計測試溫度55~60c

5. 燒烤時間視乎當時爐火大小

6. 完成後放在食物碟上510分鐘後切開

7. 大功告成
