Description
The most common one is the blue fin tuna. Because the muscle of tuna has a lot of myoglobin, its flesh color is red which is special. In Japan, it is called tuna (まぐろ), and the belly part called toro (トロ).

Suggested Serving Method:
  • Defrosted and ready to be served
Put it into the water, add ice cubes and salt and stir evenly, soak the sashimi and the ziplock bag completely in the water. It takes about 45-60 minutes to complete the thawing. After thawing, slice it and enjoy it!
